e-Technical is a web-based system within iDEALS solution where it will facilitate the internal technical department as well as the external technical agencies like JKR,TNB,Telekom etc to submit their comments online.This will help to reduce the delay in obtaining the technical comment from those departments and agencies. The benefits using e-Technical are: technical department and agencies can submit their comment online thus will expediate the approval process; reduce the waiting period to get the technical comments; able to monitor the technical agencies which have not submitted their comments; able to monitor time taken by the technical agencies to submit their comments; the consultants will be able to view themselves the technical comments online; technical department or agencies will be able to review the previous comments that they have given previously.
