e-Submission is a web-based system within iDEALS solution where it allows authorised and certified consultants such as town planner,architect,engineer and landscape engineer to submit application online.

There are four categories of submission that can be done by the consultants.

• e-Planning : to submit applications related to planning approval such as planning permission,plan amendment,pre-computation etc.
• e-Building : to submit applications related to building approval such as building plan,building extension,Certificate of Ftness for Occupancy (CFO) etc.
• e-Infra : to submit applications related to infrastructure approval such as earthwork,drainage,street plans etc.
• e-Landscape : to submit applications related to landscape approval such as landscape plan etc.

The benefits using e-Submission are:

• consultants can submit their application online at anywhere,anytime;
• application information can be shared across department and technical agencies therefore this will eliminate work redundancy as they need not to re-enter the information;
• consultants can monitor their application status online;
• consultants can track the number of application they have submitted;
• process fee will be calculated automatically;
• consultant can generate report of the information that they have entered;
• the information entered by the consultant is comprehensive that useful and relevant in every stages the approval process;
